Where do we go from here

Hi all.

How are my readers doing? I hope all of you are in the best health and wealth. ;D If you are not...you are just in the same boat as me !!  

I got so many things to share with all of you. I dont even know where to start. Sigh.

This semester on studies been going quite hectic for some of us. I think Xin has the most overloaded assignments here and there since shes studying in both varsity. Me and Wani ..not so much. Its average hard work for all of us I would say. =p

The other day Fahd gave us a recipe on how to make Kabsa. Kabsa is a Saudi Arabian food which is cooked in aromatic authentic flavour. Its nyummy and its easy as hell. Trust me. We just learned it from Fahd this year. You know...we were supposed to cook Lamb Kabsa....but we didnt notice that we've defrosted the beef. So... instead of Lamb Kabsa it becomes Beef Kabsa. Lol. The Kabsa that me and Wani made was..O.K. lol. It is still eatable I would say. haha. That was our first time cooking Kabsa. So we got pretty excited and anxious at the same time.

What else has been happening? Hmm wani's been doing some photography shots on and off. Oh yes ! I remember now. I want to tell you all about this incident for such a long time already but I have forgotten to do so !! Anyway..this incident happened a few months ago I think. Me, and Xin pushed Wani into a swimming pool. We all acted very decently. I took out Wani's mobile phone out of her pocket. Grab her bag. Told her "Hey lets take a picture in here" So Fahd was holding on to the camera. Me, Xin and Wani were posing for the I-am-Me shots. Fahd gave the cue okay okay..."1,2,3"...but we were still posing..we changed places because we do not want Wani to think that we might pushed her in the pool. But all good. Shes in the pool by the time we changed places. It was H.I.L.A.R.I.O.U.S to see wani's sulking face. All wet in a cool, breeze, windy weather. Yes yes yes. It was an evil idea. We love you Wani !! You know we do. Heh =D

As for me...I have been procrastinating....maybe thats why you are finding me writing on this blog right now. Hmm...but I do missed writing on this blog. I would actually like to thank Nik Ili Aifaa. I laughed at her comment when she said she read this blog like a daily newspaper.

I have an impossible plan...nah..i'll changed that to..possibly-within-reach-plan to be done. Its in the process actually. Lets just hope all turns out good. Insya Allah.

What?! Xin is driving?!!

You gotta admit when you are driving in the middle of the night...and there's less car...you got the tendency to do...well..crazy things.

For example, we have decided that we should give some driving lessons to Xin. Hahahaha ! You see people...she does have a learner's license but she will be taking a full license soon. We're hoping probably at the end of this year? Aye xin?? =p

So we started off by venturing out at the basement car park in reverse mode and forward mode. Once she's all good and comfortable with it...we went near the park and Xin drove in circle for a couple of times. I will give you a summary on her driving trials.

 First Trial 

- Xin realized she hadn't put a seatbelt on. Stops in the middle of the road.

- There was a car behind us but she wasn't too panic.

- She learned how to park the car on the side.

- The break wasn't smooth. It was more like a sudden emergency break (you could be thrown out of the windscreen if you do not put on a               seatbelt) -----> exaggeration works well in this scenario. HAHAHA

Second Trial

- Everything went well. It was much smoother this time.

- Xin signaled at the traffic light. The break was excellent !

- She said to me " Alright ! The next mission would be to drive to Mission Bay ! " I said " Woohoo. Lets do that !! "

Third Trial 

- I told her " lets drive to Foodtown first. "

- Xin wasn't ready yet. So, we exchanged seats and I drove the car.

- When we were coming back from Foodtown, I stopped the car since the traffic light turns red. I told Xin " Hey, lets exchange seat." Xin went "Are you serious?!!" (We did changed seats at the end. So Xin was driving again. Haha)

- There were some cars behind us but nah....couldnt be bothered because we were pretty far ahead from them. Muahaha.

- We went back to the basement car park. Xin did a three pointer and park the car.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED !!

p/s: We were accompanied by Wani and Fahd. They weren't in the car because they were riding on bikes. Yeap. That's our security guards and thats how we roll !! ;D

Refresh & Renew

Hi All.

Shexxyspikes has been a bit quiet lately because of you know, the usual, people going back and coming back to places, university starting and organising studies properly. Anyway there's been all sorts of dramas hanging out to dry and this blog almost went poof with it. However, after some delay we decided that we should keep it anyway and will be changing some key points about it such as domain names. Like all good things in life, some may have to end and this is where we chose to do it bit by bit. More on this later. Just stay tuned, keep checking back and you'll see a change that's never been better!

Greetings all!

Just another post on something I thought you'd find amusing! Was reading an email from Pija when she was telling me about what she's been up to and wanted to show you this, thought it was worthy of a fine shexxyspikes post...

Today we went for the wedding invitation. The food was awesome ! They set up the theme based on the gong xi fa cai colour. Red and also the politic colour white. So red and white= UMNO politic colour. LOL ! now you know a bit of our political belief on things lol Then straight to cousin's place. They got a swimming pool too. It was such a hot day ! So we jumped in. Turns out lil cousin's mum got a request to teach his 8 years really small-tiny-cutey-looking boy to swim without aid and no floating device. So I taught him. He's so cute and a fast learner too !! Mission was a success and he's capable to do it without any aid nor the floaty. Out of nowhere, Wani gave me a Rm100.

 (now, knowing Wani, I knew something was missing here in this story...Wani passing on angpao just like that...hmmm)

wait for it... wait for it...

I asked "Eh..whats this?"
Wani said..."Oh, the mother decided to gave you so. She said just because she likes it..just for fun."
Wani went " After you are done with praying..go say thank you to auntie and then ask her if Wani can get it as well"  << and there it is! Now it makes sense, it's complete. =D

In case you may have fallen behind, it is now tuesday. I have just finished one exam, one more to go and then summer school is done!! The girls will be back this friday!! that's only a wait of 3 days! and then finally the other chinese sista is back on the 24th next week!!

Shexxyspikes is about to be reunited, to start a new year together. 2010. Adventures - unstoppable. it'll be very exciting.. soon. =D

Inspirationally (In)sane

Hey Girls, I know it's been agesss but can you believe it?? I'll be seeing you next week Friday InshAllah!! Seems like yesterday we were counting down 1.5 months - 34 days, 34 days, 33 days, 33 days, 33 days... 30!!! Then remember this when we were counting this... 26... 25.... 24... 23....23....23 DAMMIT!!!... 22 days LOL 18 days... 17... 15... 15... (to our readers - getting fed up of reading? Good now you starting to FEEL our frustration!!!) anyway good new is... it's now officially, 10 DAYS!!!!!!!! As a celebration I will post up everyday a quick one liner - two liner for you even though I've been away for couple weeks now (I have summer school exams next week!) but a quick inspirational itty bit should keep ya'll outta restlessness, and bring you all back into line with your fellow spikeys. My first inspirational (in)sanity is a personal experience that happened on Sunday...

Was walking around with Fahd and I started mentioning my girl's name about our plans to dress our kids up like little gangstas and all sorts lol... 

Fahd: "InshAllah, Allah will keep the bad eyes away from you guys" - bad eyes means you know, the all well-known evil eye...

Me: "Yeah sometimes I worry that might happen you know, jealousy, envy by others and then add in the evil eyes and KABOOM friendship in crisis or something" 

Fahd: "Nah... that's SHAITAN. Tell Shaitan to stay the FUCK away."

Enough said. lol.
